“ The place is cozy. Came here for lunch after a group tour. The Korean chicken was so fresh and tender. Fast serving and ambiance is good. The washroom is clean. ”

The presentation of the food really stands out beside the portion, price and time to serve our food are in all what we’re looking for. They even have kids meal with a compliment of free ice cream. We’re in group of 17 individuals and no problem getting our food on the right time. ”
“ Cannot fault this lovely restaurant! The food was delicious, albeit my chicken supreme was a little salty, and the drinks were reasonably priced. We had booked a table but arrived 20 minutes early; this was no problem and we were seated immediately. A lovely busy little spot which we will definitely return to! ”
“ We arrived at The Barn Bar & Country Kitchen after 8pm on a Sunday, and unfortunately the kitchen was already closed. We were really looking forward to trying the food because the reviews were amazing! As we were about to leave to look for another place, we realized our car battery had died. To our surprise, the manager — an incredibly kind and generous Irishman — didn’t hesitate to help. He told us it would be difficult to get a taxi at that time, so he personally drove us all the way to the city center so we could grab something to eat. He literally left his restaurant for almost 40 minutes just to help two strangers. It was one of the kindest gestures I’ve ever experienced. When we returned, we stayed for a few beers and enjoyed the amazing live music vibe while waiting for roadside assistance. I can’t wait to go back and finally try the food — but I already know it’s a special place with an incredible atmosphere and heartwarming energy. Thank you so much for everything! ”
“ We had an unexpected breakdown in the parking lot of the bar, and the manager truly went above and beyond to help us. From the first moment, he showed genuine kindness and care. Even though the kitchen was closed, he was sincerely sorry and didn’t just leave us, he personally drove us to a nearby restaurant, and then brig us to the bar. But it didn’t stop there, when we returned, he warmly invited us into the bar, offering us a place to relax and unwind after the stress of the evening. His incredible generosity and the way he made us feel welcome reflects perfectly the spirit of the bar itself: a place where true hospitality and human kindness are still alive. In a world where good service is becoming rare, this experience really touched us. We are so grateful for everything he did. Thank you again, we will never forget it, and we can only recommend this bar to anyone looking not just for a good time, but for real, genuine people behind it. ”
“ Ate here today with my mum and kids. Mummy had the pork belly from the special menu. It was beautiful, she loved it. Too much for her to finish; I'd the smoked fish pie, I rarely say this but 10/10. Fantastic. Three kids meals were of high quality with amazing service and an attentive but not overbearing waitress. Beautiful coffee, perfectly sized kids desserts finished off this top quality meal. ”

“ This place deserves more than 5 stars!! Came here for a belated special birthday lunch and had a wonderful vegetarian meal. There were great menu choices with separate children and veggie/vegan menus and I struggled to choose as spoilt for choice. In the end I went for the Korean cauliflower and chargrilled celeriac, with both being delicious. Don't really see celeriac on menus and there was a Cajun roasted version on the main menu, which I was pleased my son chose so could have a taste. My son's pumpkin soup of the day was delicious as was my husband's prawn and salmon dishes. My daughter ate from the children's menu and declared her garlic bread being some of the best she has tasted and the kitchen kindly did a meat free Sunday roast, which she loved. I was too full for pudding but did have a taste of what everyone else went for. Service throughout was fantastic. Great to find somewhere so nice with a varied menu and suitable for the whole family. ”
